Data Processing Details
Scope of Processing
All sub-processors listed above may process Customer Data only to the extent necessary to provide their specific services to New Compass Solutions and Ranger users. Sub-processors are contractually bound to maintain appropriate security measures and comply with applicable data protection regulations.
Customer Data Categories
Depending on the sub-processor, the following categories of Customer Data may be processed:
- User account information (name, email address)
- Authentication credentials and session data
- Geospatial data (LiDAR, imagery, project files)
- Support communications and technical inquiries
- System logs and performance metrics
Changes to Sub-processors
New Compass Solutions reserves the right to engage additional sub-processors or replace existing sub-processors as necessary to provide and improve Ranger services.
